Terms and Conditions of Use
The three fish logo adopted in the summer of 2003 as the identifying logo/icon of the Youth Ministry Office of the LCMS Board for District and Congregational Services is trademarked as property of the LCMS Youth Ministry Office. The Youth Ministry Office retains the right to determine who and for what purpose the logo can be used. In general, permission to use will be granted to LCMS congregational youth ministry programs for the support of youth ministry in the local congregation. It may be used for publicity, promotion, information and fundraising. It may not be used for profit by any individuals or non-youth ministry groups apart from congregational youth ministry without the permission of the LCMS Youth Ministry Office. Special request for use of the logo should be directed to the LCMS Director of Youth Ministry.
