| Position Overview | We are looking for a man / woman who is a member of the LCMS or has the desire to become a member of the LCMS to serve as our Preschool Director / Teacher. Our preschool has been in existence for 12 years and has a great reputation in our community for preparing children from all differnt backgrounds for kindergarten and for a worship life in the body of Christ. We are looking for someone who is mature, organized, and able to communicate not only with the children but also with their parents, many of whom have no pastor or church home. The position is full-time and would follow the local school calender. The Director part of the position would involve the administration of the school (keeping records, keeping up with state requirements, and communicating with the public). The teaching part of the position involves teaching 3,4, & 5 year-olds. Trinity is a congregation of approximately 300 baptized members and we are looking for someone to be one with us in our desire to reach out into our community and the world with the Good News of the Gospel.
