| Highland Lutheran International School in Papua New Guinea is seeking an individual who will serve as Head of School. This individual will have many and varied responsibilities. Some of these include: Promote open attitudes toward the development of spiritual maturity among staff and students in cooperation with the Board of Directors; Promote the chapel program, spiritual emphasis week and other worship related events at the school; Take an active role in the development of the School’s personnel and professional resources: through encouraging, arranging, facilitating, and conducting in-service development activities; Assist in the development, establishment, and clarification of the School’s mission statement, educational objectives and goals in accordance Board policies; Mold the Faculty and staff into a ministry team; praying for each Faculty and staff member and their work as a team.
