Teams from a congregation, university, or other LCMS organizations can serve in Asia building relationships through English language classes. The ability to speak English in many Asian countries opens up doors for better employment and/or college acceptance. This opportunity also gives us a chance to form life-long relationships. Teams will work with the long-term staff of Concordia English Center. The teams will do a variety of activities depending on the time of year and talents of the team. Some activities include: teaching English classes for one week in the evenings, hosting an outreach event for the community, teaching Bible study, or helping long-term teachers in their classes.
