The Rev. Richard Goodwill, parish pastor representative for the Commission is senior pastor at Good Shepherd, Cedar Park, TX. He is married and has three children and three grandchildren. He is a graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. He has served his church as a Circuit Counselor, as a member of the Costal Bend LSS advisory council, as Convention Floor Committee Chairman, on two Search Committees, and for the Texas District Conflict Resolution Team under Rev. Wil Sohns.

The Reverend Richard Koehneke, parish pastor representative and Corresponding Secretary for the Commission, is an ordained pastor who has been in pastoral ministry since 1971. He serves as Senior Pastor of Holy Cross, Fort Wayne, IN.
