The Reverend Dr. David Peter, seminary representative for the Commission, serves as Associate Professor of Practical Theology and Acting Director of Placement at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He teaches in the areas of homiletics, pastoral leadership, and parish administration. Dr. Peter is married and they have two sons.

The Reverend Timothy Puls, seminary representative for the Commission, serves as the Dean of Students at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. He also served at Messiah,  Grand Junction, CO, and Messiah, Aspen, CO. He served the Rocky Mountain District as a Circuit Counselor and as a member of the Constitution Committee. He presently serves as a board member for Grace Place Retreats. Rev. Puls is married and they have four boys.
