Your gift to  For the Sake of the Church could make it possible for the son or daughter of an LCMS family to attend a Concordia University. You can mail your gift to the following address, or give online using the Give Now buttons below.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will contribute $1 for every $2 donated, up to a maximum supplement of $300 per organization (members can donate to two different eligible organizations of their choice with donations of any amount up to $600 for each organization). Legacy Leaders

Concordia supporters can lead in expanding Christ-centered Lutheran education through"Legacy Leaders," a giving opportunity of For the Sake of the Church. Legacy Leaders send gifts on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.

With these gifts an endowment will grow, which will make a Concordia education possible ... and affordable ... for every LCMS student.

Donors have subscribed in amounts of $300 to $3,600 per year. They are accomplishing this by check, automatic withdrawal and credit card.

The Legacy Leaders program:

  • Allows donors to design a personal giving plan
  • Provides progress reports about For the Sake of the Church
  • Provides reports on other developments in the Concordia University System
