Note: Floor committee meetings were held July 13-14. The schedule is called tentative because Bylaw 3.19.i.2 provides that the President “shall, at the first session and during the course of succeeding sessions of the convention, announce the order of business for the day and following days.”
Delegate guests and visitors please note:
During Convention sessions, delegate guests and visitors must be seated in the convention observation area. Delegate guests and visitors are not allowed in the delegate area or to address the convention. All cell phones and pagers must be turned off. No food or beverages are to be brought into the convention hall.
