“Youth Ministry 2010” is a symposium focusing on youth ministry that will challenge you to think outside the box. It’s a practical, “no-frills” conference where the message is the focus. YM 2010 promises to help you confront the vagaries of teenage spirituality at a time when even professing Christians don’t seem to know what they are talking about. How would your teens answer Jesus if He were to ask them, “Who do you say that I am?” The conference formally starts with lunch at 12:30 on Friday, January 8. On Friday morning, a “youth ministry practicum” will be hosted on site. There is no additional charge for the practicum. The conference will conclude on Sunday by 11:00 A.M. The conference includes two key-note presenters and a process for applying what is presented in congregational settings. Worship and fellowship round out the program. |

According to George Barna, a worldview serves as a person’s decision-making filter enabling them to make sense of the complex and huge amount of information, experiences, relationship and opportunities they face in life. Today, people, including teenagers, seem to develop an amorphous view of things that often leaves God out of the picture. |
