District Unit Leaders

The purpose of the Black Ministry District Unit Leader is to plan, coordinate and expand Black Ministry within the individual district of the Synod.
Through:
-
Networking and consulting with the national staff of Black Ministry.

By being an advocate and promoting the goals of The Board for Black Ministry within Districts.

By encouraging Black representation on the boards and judicatories of the district.

Hold regular local, regional conference, convocations, and rallies within districts.
-
Encouraging and urging congregations to provide resources of funding for the overall operation of Black Ministry.

Promoting the national Black Ministry Family Convocation.

Constant prayer for God's Church and Black Ministry.
