The Commission on Constitutional Matters (CCM) is one of six commissions of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Its membership consists of three ordained ministers, two lawyers, and the Secretary of the Synod who is a nonvoting member and its secretary. The CCM meets as needed and publishes minutes of each meeting.
