When in session, there is a number of ways to stay on top of convention news:

• REPORTER Online, the Synod’s news site, carries convention-related news that is updated throughout every day of the convention in 2007.

• Convention stories are sent out via LCMSNews, a free e-mail news service. Sign up for eNews.


• This special convention Web site offers initial and updated convention nformation.

• The August 2007 Lutheran Witness featured a report on the convention. More news was included in the August 2007 Reporter, the Synod’s official newspaper.

“As a lay member of an LCMS congregation, I would want to know what happens [at the convention] because this is ‘my’ church, this is the body of which my congregation is a member,” says Dr. Robert Kuhn, chairman of the Board of Directors. “I am a part of the LCMS, and the LCMS is a part of me.”
