“Board for Black Ministry One Vision-One Message-One People Outcomes”:

#1- Planting New Churches

300 congregations are reaching a new generation of African Americans and birthing 10 new African American Congregations annually.

#2- Funding
300 Black Ministry Congregations are financially supporting Black Ministry in the amount of $600,000+ annually.

#3- Schools
50 percent of urban Lutheran Schools in Black Ministry are positioned for maximum outreach to African Americans.

#4- Resources
80 percent of LCMS congregations, Synod and district, auxiliary agencies, Black authors and partner churches support and empower BBMS in its Mega-Outcomes and all entities connected to Black Ministry.

#5 - Convocation
2,000 members of LCMS congregations are meeting annually at Black Ministry convocations. 

#6- Recruitment
Annually 15 African American Pastors and 25 African American Professional Church workers recruited and enrolled in A LCMS synodical or district program leading to ordination or commissioning.
