Program Support:
Mission projects are opportunities for congregations to help fund specific mission activities or to provide the cost of training, equipment or other resources for missionaries and national leaders.

Missionary Support:
Through the Together In Mission program (TIM), congregations can "adopt" and support missionaries. They enter into long-term commitments to support their adopted missionaries at levels ranging from $3,000 per year to the full support of the missionary family.

Congregations can also choose to support a missionary for a day or a month or with a donation of any amount. Congregations may even take a special monthly door offering to be used for a particular missionary and then send the gifts, so designated, to LCMS World Mission.

Sparkler Projects:
All people of faith want to respond in proper ways to God’s grace. LCMS World Mission identifies seven responses: learn, pray, give, tell, send, go and celebrate.

As Sparklers, we are asking the children of the LCMS to join in this goal by making a major commitment to help spread the light of the Gospel.

The Sparkler mission project list provides an opportunity for teachers and children together to explore all of these responses.
