About

"Cadence Fulfs serves the Lord through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) as a director of Christian education (DCE) intern in the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Based in Belize, Cadence assists and supports LCMS missionaries in their ongoing evangelism, education and outreach activities. She also helps local preschool teachers grow in God’s Word and teaches them how to disciple their students and families.

From Plattsmouth, Neb., Cadence is a recent graduate of Concordia University, Nebraska (CUNE), where she received her B.A. in Theology and Christian Education Leadership. In 2024, she completed a summer DCE internship working with youth and children’s ministry at First Lutheran Church in Papillion, Neb., and during her senior year at CUNE she served a DCE practicum at Calvary Lutheran Church in Lincoln, Neb. In May 2026, she served on a short-term mission trip to Tanzania.

Cadence has experience working as a teacher assistant at a child development center; as an ambassador for the Orpheum Theater in Omaha, Neb.; and as a cast member in the Disney College Program in Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting, playing board games and spending time with friends.

Pray for Cadence as she serves in Belize. Ask God to give her comfort, strength and guidance as she transitions to a new location, language and culture. Ask God to bless her time of learning as she serves and cares for God’s people as a DCE intern. Give thanks to God that Cadence is serving God’s people in Latin America."
