Evaluate your Congregation's Well Being

The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod's Office of National Mission has developed The Congregational Assessment of Development/Decline Status (CADDS), a survey based self-assessment tool to help lay leaders and members better understand their congregation's wellbeing. CADDS is free, easy to administer and interpret, and relies on input from the people who know your congregation and context better than anyone else: you.
