How did a Slovak-language congregation transition over a 50-year period to become a vibrant, multi-cultural congregation that reflects its community? What are some lessons that other congregations could take away from this story?

On May 18, the Rev. Charles St-Onge, pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church in Montreal, Canada, and area facilitator for the LCMS Office of International Mission, presented a webinar on “Lessons Learned from Leading a Multi-Ethnic Congregation.”

During the webinar, which is available to view on demand, St-Onge shared his experience of shepherding a diverse congregation.
