Blake Warren serves as interim chief operating officer of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), where he provides executive leadership for organizational operations, finance, governance and compliance, as well as leadership of the budgetary, legal and business aspects of fundraising and communications. Warren previously served in the LCMS Office of International Mission (OIM), most recently as managing director of Global Business Operations. Before joining the OIM, Warren spent 10 years in leadership roles with Caesars Entertainment, where he oversaw property operations and technology teams. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have been blessed with three daughters.
