Mark Wolfram

Director, LCMS Missionary Services

About

Mark Wolfram is director of missionary services for the LCMS Office of International Mission (OIM). In this role, he coordinates the OIM's global care team to provide resources and support for missionaries, caring for mind, body and soul. The goal of the global care team is to spread the Gospel, plant Lutheran churches and show mercy by helping missionaries serve well throughout the entirety of their service — placement, orientation, pre-deployment, service on the field, home service and finally repatriation.

Wolfram served as a missionary in Taiwan with the LCMS for 10 years. His background is in Lutheran secondary education, and he has a Master of Arts degree in curriculum and instruction. He is blessed to be married to Lucy.
