Matt Halambeck serves as operations manager for the LCMS Office of National Mission (ONM), where he assists with budget development and management, operational planning, reporting, communications and support services. He has more than 35 years of experience in organizational management, budgeting and process improvement from his service, before joining the ONM, in a variety of operations and business leadership roles. He and his wife, Deanna, have been blessed with two daughters, one son and two grandchildren.
