Module: Administration/Leadership

The video is done in lecture style with a workbook and group discussion. This module reviews the
call documents and proceeds to a Bible study highlighting the relationship of the pastor to the Good
Shepherd, the congregation, and finally focuses on the pastor himself and his personal life.
