About

"The Rev. Andrew and Megan Fedder serve the Lord through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod as career missionaries based in Prague, Czech Republic. Locally, Andrew reaches out to the large expat community in Prague and the Czech Republic. Andrew and Megan love inviting people into their home to feed them, give them community and tell them about Jesus. Regionally, Andrew also creates online and youth catechetical materials for translation and use across Eurasia.

Andrew was born in Kennewick, Wash. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii — West Oahu and received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. Before becoming a career missionary, he served as pastor of First Lutheran Church in El Cajon, Calif., and was a substitute and summer teacher for pre-K through eighth grade. Most recently, he served as a missionary in Romania and the Balkans before relocating to Prague.

Megan grew up in Roberts, Mont. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Portland, Ore., and served for over 10 years as a Lutheran school teacher. Andrew and Megan have five children — Wesley, Beatrix, Charlie, Rosalind and John-Paul — who join them on the mission field.

Please pray for the Fedder family as they serve the Lord in the Czech Republic and throughout the Eurasia region, and as they acclimate to life in Prague. Ask the Lord to grant Andrew safety as he travels, and pray that both expats and Czechs would be reached through this work."
