About

Kaelin Peralta serves the Lord through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) as the regional communication specialist for the Africa region, based in Kenya. In this missionary role, he collects and tells the stories of people whose lives have been impacted by the Good News of Jesus Christ brought to them by the LCMS missionaries there.

Kaelin’s home congregation is Bethany Lutheran Church in Vacaville, Calif., where he assisted with music and the church’s sound system. He has a bachelor’s degree in advertising project management from San Jose State University in San Jose, Calif. He has worked in several fields, including as a referee and as an intern at a San Jose-based advertising agency. In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts and playing and recording music.

Pray for Kaelin as he serves in Kenya. Ask God to give him comfort, strength and guidance as he transitions to a new location, language and culture. In addition, pray that God would use Kaelin’s gifts and talents to help further His kingdom, and that he would be a blessing to everyone he meets. Let us give thanks that Kaelin is serving God’s people in this part of the world.
