Brogan Albers,
Serving the Lord in Macau
Bio

Brogan Albers serves the Lord in Macau through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. He teaches English classes to both children and adults, seeking to build relationships in which God may use Brogan to share about Jesus Christ and the Gospel. Brogan works with a team of fellow LCMS missionaries who minister out of the Concordia English Center in downtown Macau, which is a Special Administrative Region of China.
Brogan is a native of Merrill, Wis., where he is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and English as a Second Language from the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point. Prior to serving in Macau, Brogan served on short-term mission teams to Minnesota, Missouri, Washington, D.C., Panama, Mississippi, Hong Kong and Alabama. During college, he worked as a community adviser in his residence hall and as a camp counselor with Heit’s Point Lutheran Ministries. Brogan’s hobbies include biking, kayaking, playing guitar and Brewers baseball.
Prayers
Please pray for Brogan as he serves the Lord in Macau and thank God that He has led Brogan to serve in Macau. He asks, “Please pray for the team stationed in Macau, so that we may have the strength to work diligently there and that we might stay strong in the Word. Please pray for the people of Macau — that God might open their hearts to listen to the message we share with them and that He would make a way for all of Macau’s citizens to hear the Good News.”
