Lutheran Church-Canada (LCC)

History:
Lutheran Church-Canada (LCC) was founded in 1988 when the Canadian congregations of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod formed an autonomous Canadian church body with three districts: Alberta-British Columbia, Central and East. LCC congregations are found across Canada from British Columbia to New Brunswick. The Canadian church dates back to 1854 when the first congregations were established in Ontario by LCMS missionaries. The head office is in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
