Exhibitors
LCMS National Convention • July 18–23, 2026 • Phoenix, Ariz.
Organizations may apply to participate as an exhibitor at the 69th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod on July 18-23, 2026, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Arizona.
This triennial event provides opportunities for worship, nurture, inspiration, fellowship and the communication of vital information to attendees.
Exhibiting at the convention offers the opportunity to network and share information with more than 3,000 church and lay leaders, pastors, staff and their families.
Convention attendees represent the 1.7 million members of the LCMS and are influential in directing its congregations, schools, districts and ministries in thousands of locations throughout the United States.
Price
The cost of one 10-by-10-foot booth, including carpet, identification sign, table (skirted and draped), chair and two name tags is:
- $600 for a non-profit organization
- $800 for a for-profit organization
Exhibit setup
- Friday, July 17 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
All exhibits must be completely set up no later than 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 18.
Exhibit hall hours
- Saturday, July 18 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday, July 19 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Monday, July 20 — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 21 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Exhibits must be continuously staffed during exhibit hall hours and remain intact from 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18 until 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 21.
Exhibit teardown
Tear down can begin after 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 21. Move out will begin at 3 p.m. All exhibits and materials must be removed no later than 6 p.m. on July 21.
Apply
Applications and full payments must be received by April 30. Applications received between April 30 and May 31 will be accepted but are not guaranteed and will be considered based on space availability.
