Organizations may apply to participate as an exhibitor at the 69th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod on July 18-23, 2026, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Arizona. Applications open in January 2026.
This triennial event provides opportunities for worship, nurture, inspiration, fellowship and the communication of vital information to attendees.
Exhibiting at the convention offers the opportunity to network and share information with more than 3,000 church and lay leaders, pastors, staff and their families.
Convention attendees represent the 1.7 million members of the LCMS and are influential in directing its congregations, schools, districts and ministries in thousands of locations throughout the United States.
Price
The cost of one 10-by-10-foot booth, including carpet, identification sign, table (skirted and draped), chair and two (2) name tags is:
- $500 for a non-profit organization
- $750 for a for-profit organization
Exhibit setup
- Friday, July 17 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Exhibit hall hours
- Saturday, July 18 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday, July 19 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Monday, July 20 — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 21 — 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Exhibit teardown
All exhibits and materials must be removed no later than 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21.
