Serving the Lord in Taiwan
Graham Guenther serves the Lord through The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod as a GEO missionary in Chai Yi, Taiwan. (GEO missionaries are globally engaged in outreach and typically serve for terms of 1-2 years). Graham teaches English as a Foreign Language and Bible classes at Concordia Middle school and serves in other ministries to the school's students and their families, such as a Friday Night outreach and Bible study.
Graham is from Overland Park, Kan., and his home congregation is Lord of Life in Leawood, Kan. He graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, with a degree in political science and history. Prior to serving in Taiwan, Graham had participated in short-term mission trips to Haiti and Nicaragua. His hobbies include soccer and keeping up with current events.
Please pray for Graham as he serves in Taiwan. Pray that he would be a positive witness to God's love. Pray too that the Lord would prepare the hearts and minds of those who need to hear the Gospel message and would use Graham to share it with them. Finally, pray that God would use this time of service to strengthen Graham's own relationship with Him as his Lord and Savior.
