Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor during The 67th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod scheduled for July 20-25, 2019, at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida.

  • The triennial event provides opportunities for worship, nurture, inspiration, fellowship and the communication of vital information to attendees.

    Exhibiting at the convention offers the opportunity to network and share information with an anticipated 5,000 church and lay leaders, pastors, staff and their families.

    Convention attendees represent the 2.1 million members of the LCMS and are influential in directing its congregations, schools, districts and ministries in thousands of locations throughout the United States.

Exhibit Setup

Friday, July 19 — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Saturday, July 20 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, July 21 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Monday, July 22 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Tuesday, July 23 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Exhibit Teardown

All exhibits and materials must be removed no later than 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 23.

A contribution designated (restricted) for a specific purpose when accepted, will be used only to fund expenses related to that purpose. Occasionally, we may receive more in contributions for a particular purpose than can be wisely applied to it in the foreseeable future or the purpose may cease to be feasible. In these situations, the LCMS will make reasonable attempts to contact contributors to apply their contribution differently. If a contributor cannot be contacted, the LCMS will use the gift to meet a similar pressing need that most closely matches the contributor's original intent. Consistent with Synod Board policy, no more than 13.5 percent of a charitable contribution may be allocated to administering gifts and communicating with contributors. Contributions received and accepted by the LCMS are deemed to be in agreement with this statement.
