LCMS National Convention • July 20-25, 2019 • Tampa, Florida
Organizations may apply to participate as exhibitors at the 67th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod scheduled for July 20-25, 2019, at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida.
The triennial event provides opportunities for worship, nurture, inspiration, fellowship and the communication of vital information to attendees.
Exhibiting at the convention offers the opportunity to network and share information with an anticipated 5,000 church and lay leaders, pastors, staff and their families.
Convention attendees represent the 2.1 million members of the LCMS and are influential in directing its congregations, schools, districts and ministries in thousands of locations throughout the United States.
Exhibit Setup
Friday, July 19 — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Hours
Saturday, July 20 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, July 21 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday, July 22 — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 23 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Exhibit Teardown
All exhibits and materials must be removed no later than 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 23.
Registration Fees
Returning non-profit organization — $500
Returning for-profit organization — $750
New non-profit organization — $350*
New for-profit organization — $500*
* A discounted registration fee is available for “new” organizations that haven’t exhibited at an LCMS national convention since 2010.
