Convention Registrations
NOTE TO CIRCUIT COUNSELORS: Please complete both sides of this ELECTORAL CIRCUIT REPORT FORM, sign, and submit it directly to the District Secretary with a copy to the District President, as noted on the top of the form. Following this, the District Secretary, will take the information you provide on this form, and complete, sign, and submit Convention Registration Forms to the LCMS Office of the Secretary.
Electoral Circuits
Voting delegates shall consist of one pastor and one layperson from each electoral circuit.
