Recognized Service Organizations (RSOs)

Do your organization’s values align with the doctrine and practice of the LCMS?  Consider getting involved by applying for RSO status with the LCMS.  These independent organizations agree to foster the mission and ministry of the LCMS through their programs and services and ensure their programs are in harmony with the doctrine and practice of the LCMS.

Domestic Development Grants

Get involved in your community by applying for a grant through the Office of National Misssion.

  • Domestic Development Grants
    Domestic development grants are offered to LCMS groups engaged in human care ministry. Highest priority is given to new or expanded programs that reach out in mercy in the name of Christ and meet a real human care need in the community.

    Congregations, camps and Recognized Service Organizations (RSOs) whose servant event(s) are registered through the Youth Ministry office and listed on the website are eligible applicants.
