Megan Kincaid,
Serving the Lord in Asia Pacific

Bio

Megan Kincaid serves as a career missionary in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Specifically, Megan supports the work of other LCMS missionaries as the Asia Pacific communication specialist. In this role, Megan finds ways to effectively communicate about what God is doing through missionaries and mission projects. She meets with missionaries, partner church bodies and believers to gather information and record their stories in written and video form, so that it can be shared with churches and individuals in the United States and throughout Asia.

Megan hails from Kearney, Neb., where her home congregation is Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She graduated in May 2009 from Concordia University Nebraska, Seward, Neb., with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism/public relations and interpersonal communication. Megan is currently working on a Masters of Social Science in development studies at City University of Hong Kong. Megan enjoys hiking, running, soccer, meeting new people, traveling and cooking.

Prayers

Please pray for Megan as she serves in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Specifically, Megan asks supporters to pray that her as she continues to build a strong support network in Hong Kong, throughout Asia and the United States. She also asks for prayers that she is able to effectively communicate and that the Holy Spirit would work through her to be a blessing to everyone serving in the Asia Pacific region. Give thanks for the Lord for raising up Megan to serve in Asia!
